A Center for the Arts, Inc. This is a 501c 3 regional live performing arts presenting and produc-ing venue. Fergus’s venue for Grammy, Emmy and other nationally and internationally recognized entertainers. As well as a theatre space for state and local performers. This gem in our community provides year-round music, dance, theatre, film, visual arts, programs, rentals and classes. Originally built as a Vaudeville house in 1921 it became primarily a movie house in the 1950s. The marquee was added and continues to welcome patrons to the downtown theater. This art gallery is located in historic downtown Fergus Falls and fos-ters visual arts education and appreciation. The works of Charles Beck and other recognized local artists are accessible to the pub-lic. Springboard for the Arts This community and economic development organization for artists has offices in Fergus Falls and St. Paul. Springboard offers profession -al development programs to individual artists.
