Snowmobile Trails The Otter Country Trail Association welcomes you to enjoy 350 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Otter Tail County. Our trail system provides several routes, options and terrain for your enjoyment. The gems of our system are Maplewood State Park with over 20 miles of trail within its park boundary and scenic views from Inspiration Peak. Central Lakes Trail This 55 mile paved “rails to trails project” is a 14’ wide trail and meanders through beautiful park, prairie and lake country. The trail begins in Fergus Falls and travels southeast to Osakis where it connects to the Lake Wobegon Trail. The beautiful scenery along this easy ride is inspiring. The trail connects to the Pebble Lake Trail to downtown Fergus Falls. The Central Lakes Trail is also a great location for a walk, in-line skating or a jog.
